📍 Location: Vernon, BC
Are you a confident, high-performing Certified Dental Assistant with a passion for patient care and treatment planning? We’re looking for an experienced CDA with their Ortho Module to join our dynamic team in a Treatment Coordinator role that blends clinical expertise with communication and coordination skills.
As our CDA Treatment Coordinator, you’ll do more than assist chairside—you’ll be a key part of guiding patients through their orthodontic journey. You’ll be responsible for piecing together treatment plans, understanding the flow of care, and booking appointments in the proper sequence. While we’ll train you on our specific systems, we need someone who understands the "why" behind the "how" and can confidently communicate it to patients.
Certified Dental Assistant with Ortho Module (mandatory)
3–5 years of experience, ideally with orthodontics
A confident, outgoing personality with strong communication and sales skills
Reliable, professional, and thrives in a high-functioning, fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and comfort with digital tools (we use Tracker and digital charting)
Minimum 32 to 40 hours/week, typically 36–40 hours/week
Flexible scheduling available within clinic needs
Clinic Hours:
Monday: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
Tuesday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
Wednesday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
Thursday: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
Friday: 7:30 am – 3:00 pm (2 Fridays/month)
$30–$36/hr, based on experience
Paid working interview at $35/hr
Signing bonus for local candidates
Relocation bonus available for those moving to Vernon, BC
