Our growing orthodontic department is looking for a detail-oriented, relationship-driven professional to join our team in a unique dual role combining both Clinical Orthodontic Assisting and Orthodontic Patient Coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with orthodontic procedures during clinical days
• Coordinating patient treatment and follow-up care
• Building strong relationships with patients and families
• Helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and excited about treatment
• Managing communication and ensuring a seamless patient experience
• Supporting the continued growth and success of our orthodontic department

The Ideal Candidate:

You are:

• A Certified Dental Assistant (Level II preferred)
• Experienced in orthodontics and patient coordination
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
• Calm under pressure and excellent at multitasking
• Professional, compassionate, and confident communicating with patients
• Someone who naturally thrives in structured environments
• A strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent follow-through

This role is especially well-suited for someone with a strong Cs DiSC personality style — someone who values accuracy, consistency, quality care, and meaningful patient relationships.

Schedule:

• Approximately 34–36 hours per week
• Orthodontic clinical days currently run Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Additional hours include patient coordination, communication, and follow-up support on non-clinical days
