We’re a supportive, fun, and professional team — and we’re looking for our next rockstar team member to help us grow to the next level.

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead our administrative team, and partner with the owner to keep the practice running smoothly and efficiently. This is a key leadership role that combines management, HR, financial oversight, and patient relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track KPIs, optimize schedules, and identify opportunities to grow production

  • Oversee financial processes including accounts payable, banking reconciliation, and associate pay calculations

  • Handle patient concerns, support treatment planning, and step into admin roles when needed

  • Troubleshoot operational or technical issues and liaise with vendors/service providers

  • Manage daily office operations: reviewing schedules, handling calls, invoicing patients, coordinating with labs, and leading morning huddles

  • Ensure annual updates: fee guide uploads, staff certifications, AED/nitrous inspections, and provider schedules

  • Work on treatment plan follow-ups, insurance pre-determinations, and case acceptance

What We’re Looking For

  • Must-have: Proficiency with Tracker dental software

  • Previous experience as a Dental Office Manager or in a similar leadership role

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to balance kindness with firmness when managing staff and patients

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed

  • Long-term commitment to grow with the practice

Why Join Us?

  • Supportive and collaborative team environment

  • An opportunity to play a key role in shaping the growth and success of the practice

  • Competitive compensation with potential for bonuses

  • Benefits offered after 3-month probation period

  • Culture that values empathy, integrity, and excellence

If you’re ready to step into a leadership role where you can make a true impact and become a trusted partner in our practice’s future, we’d love to hear from you!
