Dental Assistant + Reception (Dual Role)

A modern, relationship-focused dental practice is looking for a Client Experience Leader to become the welcoming face of the office.
This is a dual role for someone who enjoys both front desk coordination and clinical assisting.
Front Desk / Patient Experience
• Welcome patients and create a warm first impression
• Answer phones and manage appointments
• Help patients understand treatment and insurance
• Keep schedules organized and the office running smoothly
Clinical Assisting
• Assist the dentist during procedures several days each week
• Prepare operatories and support clinical flow
• Help ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for during treatment
• Outgoing and naturally great with people
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Confident multitasking in a busy practice
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working both at reception and chairside
3 years dental office experience preferred
• Dental Assisting Diploma (or equivalent dental experience)
• HARP & CPR certification
• Strong understanding of dental insurance and treatment plans
• Experience with Tracker software an asset
• $29–$34 per hour (based on experience)
